I specialise in making websites for people who really struggle with all things computer.
I work with people who find doing things on a computer stressful. It’s my job to make the process as easy as possible.
I won’t send you a form to fill out asking for your favourite font or layout style. I’ll sit with you at the kitchen table and we’ll look at all these things together. I can help you find the right fonts, colours and layout that you love right then and there. You’ll see them right in front of you and we can change them and explore until we find that perfect combination.
My clients have said this personal attention to detail is what makes the difference for them. They don’t have to try and figure it all out by themselves in order to tell me exactly what they want because we’re doing it together. They get to choose the elements they love instead of ending up with something that ‘will do’ because there is only emails and forms and limited communication that doesn’t allow them to see the range of options available.
Even if we can't sit at the kitchen table, we still get together online and do exactly the same thing with an online meeting. Either way, it's a fun process and wonderfully satisfying!

How long does it take to get my website live?
Once we have all the info needed for your website, we can have it up and running in two weeks.

What info do you need to make my website?
You will need to provide the text and images for your website. You'll also need your logo, colour choices and style guide. If you need help with any of this - don't panic ~ We'll work on it together!

Are there any hidden costs? I don't like surprises....
No, the additional costs of buying your domain name and paying your website hosting subscription are the only other things you need to budget for in order to get your website live. Nothing will be done without you knowing all the facts and costs involved.

Will I need to ask you (and pay for) updates when I need them?
You can if you want to or....
I can show you how to update basic things yourself.
If you want me to do it, it costs $40/hour with a minimum fee of $15. I find most updates don't take long and very few cost more than $15. As always, I'll let you know before I do the work - no surprises!

Can I do a payment plan for my website?
Paying for your website comes in three steps.
We'll start by having a conversation to work out what you need and, if you're happy to go ahead, then you'll pay a $500 deposit when you officially book in.
The balance of $1000 will be due once you have approved the draft. We will then finalise everything and get your website live!

Where are you located?
I'm in Strathalbyn, South Australia and travel to Melbourne regularly so I can meet you in person in Adelaide and Melbourne or anywhere in between.
Online meetings will connect us if you live elsewhere in Australia.
I do like working with people face-to-face. Meeting you in person and seeing what you do really helps me create a website and systems that are more tailored to you. I also just like making new friends!

Are there any discounts?
Generally, no. My aim is to be the most cost effective I can so a website and other services are accessible for everyone.
